Which prenatal vitamins do you recommend and why?

Hi there! I'm overwhelmed by the number of prenatal vitamin options out there. Are there any specific brands or types of prenatal vitamins you would recommend? What should I be looking for when choosing one? Would love to hear your thoughts!

My OB said they are all the same the companies just want you to spend more money 😂 so the Natures Made that I’ve been taking is perfectly fine.

I’m taking Garden of life! Make sure it has folate in it and not folic acid

My OB prescribes one that is FDA regulated that I feel the best with when pregnant. I switch to the SmartyPants prenatal gummy when postnatal/breastfeeding/TTC because it doesn’t have iron which I don’t need as much of during those times and is a lot more palatable and easier on the stomach.
