Kindly need a suggestion

I have took sifasi 5000 shot on 26th day of my cycle as per gynecologist advice next day i took beat hcg test the result is 13.59/miu but still am getting spotting cramps like expect a period... May i known is the result positive.. P.s . I have done iui one 3rd of July got spotting 12 day of iui and gone of again am getting spotting on17th day of iui
