Viable?

Ok ladies….I’m 45. Had my first baby at 43, which we thought was a miracle due to my age. She’s 20 months and completely healthy. Didn’t think I could even get pregnant anymore. I’m 7 weeks pregnant now. Initial HCG numbers were good. Because of my age and risk factors, had a transvaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks 2 days. That’s the picture below. Dr said she might see a fetal pole and a slight flicker but nothing for sure. Am going back on Friday for a follow up US. I’m obviously preparing for a likely missed miscarriage, but do any of you think there’s still hope?
