Pelvic Bone Pain???

I am 30 weeks today and have been having bad pelvic bone pain. Only way to describe it is that it feels like it's badly bruised...hurts when I try to get up from a laying position and sometimes just walking. My doc said its normal cuz everything is expanding to get readybut dang it....it's never ending! anyone else experiencing this? Ouchie!!!

Sounds like SPD(symphysis pubis diastisis) I have it and it's horrible! Feels like someone beat me in the crotch with a baseball bat 😩😖

I've had it since about 26 weeks and it's awful at night!! Let's not even talk about sex..  feels like it's falling out afterwards :( my poor husband he's having to help me roll over in the night and not even getting rewarded for it lol

Like you fell on the middle rail of a bike... I feel your pain!  Plus, for me anyway, lately she has been creating pressure on my tailbone as well.  Lol sometimes when I get up I walk like I peed my pants until I can acclimate to the pain.  Pregnancy is so beautiful! We are almost there!

I've got it too, had to go up to daycare two weeks ago and they've referred me for physio. It's pelvic girdle pain and the docs said it's unlikely to get any better until baby is here but you can adjust your day so it's not soo bad of a night time etc, by limiting standing and walking and using stairs x

29 weeks tomorrow and I've had this for about a week. It is really painful at times!
