So my fiancé and I started having sex again quite soon after having our twins, something I stupidly assumed wouldn’t affect me at all since I thought it wasn’t easy to get pregnant again that’s on after. Well….my twins are a year and a bit now and I’m pregnant again… please tell me there are others like this?

My husband and I have been pretty lucky to be pretty fertile and not have any conception issues but we deliberately waited and timed our ttc periods for when we were ready. We have a 7 year old and 4.5 year old and currently due any day now with our last baby.

My two oldest girls are only 15 months apart. I’ve had 5 kids, just had our youngest 2 months ago and we’re done now. But I’ve had all of mine not too far apart. We have an 8year old,7 year old, 4 1/2 year old, 2 year old and 2 month old.

My son will be one next week & I an currently pregnant with another boy due in October. I understand your nervousness because I am nervous as well, but I’m also very happy to be blessed with another baby. Best of luck to you💓

Not me personally, but there are definitely others who have been in this situation. This is one reason why doctors say to wait at least 6 weeks after giving birth before having sex again, because they discuss birth control options with u during ur 6 week postpartum appointment, if not before then. Another reason for waiting to have sex is the risk of infection, as ur insides are still healing (whether u feel fine or not).
