Anyone here who has been cheated on and left their partner but still had feelings? Anyone went back to their partner after a few years? Does time really heal all?

Married, he cheated, I stayed, he became abusive (including physically) eventually left after a year of progressively getting worse. So not quite the same situation, but close enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ going from having life planned out to divorced at 22... It was conflicting starting all over again. Walked with PTSD so healing is taking a lot longer than usual 😅 In ways I've gotten better. In small ways it's still around. Probably always will be. It's been 11 years and I'm in a much better place. Been with my current husband for going on 8 1/2 yrs, married for 4 years. 2 angels, 2 rainbows, and a pot of gold due in October. Absolutely no way in fuck I'd go back to my ex husband. Even without all of this. Never. Nope. He enjoyed putting hands on me too much. Cheaters can change, but the abusive ones don't. There's too much baggage and too severe of trust issues to ever go back to that. You could offer me a trillion dollars to spend even 1 minute in a room with him and I'd fuck right off the other direction. No thanks.
