Question?!

I've been on the pill for about 4 years now and I take camrese which gives you your period every 3 months. Towards the end of my cycle my doctor has me skip a week and then start the new packet.

Well i just started taking my new packet again but i have been traveling so much i forget to be consistent time-wise taking it but have never missed more than a day. Im on week 2, but I've been having a lot of sex with my boyfriend and we usually wear condoms but last night we didn't and he didn't come inside me but im pretty sure there was a lot of precum involved.

Is there a high chance i could get pregnant? And what should i do?
