Have on this Nexplanon for a year and

I think i might be pregnant with it…😫idk i can assume its been good to me for a year. I have my periods every month though like normal which is a bummer because i know a few friends that dont get a period at all.😫😫😫😫 but my boobs have been sore and feeling funny… i been emotional lately..💔 i been cranky too though. My bladder feels off and heavy this is how i felt with my daughter… but i cant be pregnant with this birth control when its been doing good for me for a year!😭 i just had my daughter a year ago (17 months)….
