Horrible period cramps? Not sure what to do anymore, suggestions?

After several miscarriages my period cramps have become unbearable. I’m in pain for days and the bleeding isn’t bad. I’ve had ultrasounds and an mri done I have some super small fibroids but they’re so small they won’t do anything about them. Does anyone have suggestions? I don’t know how I’m going to deal with this every month for 30 more years. Plus I have discomfort even not on my period.
