Twins?

So I’m currently 10wks and 2 days I found out I was pregnant at the ending of 2 weeks going into my 3rd week with very clear positives and I found out almost a week before my period was missed cause I was feeling sick all through work for a few days when I talk to people about that experience people think guess I’m going to have twins do you think that’s silly or is it possible? Either way I’m so excited to see my little one again on Friday and hopefully he or she is healthy and has a strong heartbeat I’m nervous and excited
