Where should I buy my 4 year olds winter clothes?

I need suggestions please! I’m terrified this winter because last winter it was such a pain getting her to wear pants because she hates them. I’m thinking I’ll have to go with long winter dresses this year, but I’m not sure. Are there clothing stores out there that are aimed towards kids with clothing sensitivities?

My daughter is the same way. We've found wide leg pants to be a better option for her. Something that isn't so close up against her skin. Not sure brands or places bought over the last 5 years, just any wide leg pants we see.
