Why do I look pregnant or like I have a tumor when neither of those things are true 😭😭 like I understand that I’m a little overweight but why my stomach protrudes sooo much, I don’t understand

Thats how I look when I have an Endometriosis flare. To add insult to injury, the disease has made me infertile but still makes me look pregnant.
