Abusive situation

I know this doesn't belong here but I don't know where to put it so I apologize. My mother just left her husband who was abusive and has now moved in with her sister. My little sister lives with her. Her sister is now making threats of violence at my mother for not continually giving her money. My aunt spends her money on drugs and doesn't pay bills and expects my mom to give her money everyday. My mom refuses and now my aunts calling her names and threatening to fight her. My mom has nowhere to go. She can't stay with me because I live with my inlaws and her other family which is her parents refuse to let her stay. My mom can't get the cops involved because my aunt would kick her out and my mom and my sister would have no where to go. What do I do? I don't know how to help her? We will all be moving in with each other within this month but as of now I don't know what to do or have any idea of where she could stay.
