Has anyone had a miscarriage and then get pregnant without major symptoms? I had a MC in Oct and am currently in my TWW. AF is due the 6th and aside from slight nausea and a little more tired, I don't feel any symptoms like I did with my first pregnancy. Do you all still think I have a chance? My husband is leaving in a week for around a month and a half and I don't know if he will miss my fertile week in Feb or not if I turn out not pregnant. Any advice is appreciated!
