I tried everything the internet tells you, but saltines first thing in the morning (literally before you get out of bed) and sour candy. It doesnt sound good when you're nauseous, but it worked for me when nothing else did!

Reglan was the only thing that really helped me. Sniffing lemon essential oil helps in the moment but isn’t a long term fix
