I'm pregnant

Hi everyone friends 👋 I'm pregnant baby number # 12 one time miscarriage and numbers ten Born death in 2021 that's very sadly alhamdulillah and in 2023 I got pregnant and baby number 12 the baby already in my tummy but I didn't know that I was pregnant I'm pretty sicknesse I feel very tired 😴😴💤😴😴😴 all day long after that I went market buying pregnancy test a lot five teeny I go in bathroom take peep putting all the tests I'm waiting ten minutes all results it's comings same times all they saying yes yes yes I'm sooooo happy wallahi that day alhamdulillah I make appointment UVM hospital it's was June 19 2023 I went my doctor's appointment office and they're checking first ultrasound seeing in side urning the baby long but stop growth I'm really shocked 😳😲 and the next week appointment again same thing they say I think the baby already die in your stomach I couldn't believe it because I feel movement and they said to me some day baby be miscarriage it's just badly bleeding heavy bleeding was June 30 2023 after a week blessings success stopped I never seen again until right now I pm pregnant feeling moving the baby in tummy evey five minutes hungry and hungry pretty much like crazy I'm so confused wallahi last week doc make me appointment for check up I went there I seen the doctor we talked each other after done he's said you go downstairs second floor take it blood test done it's was July 21 2023 after they called me on the phone said you're blood test results it's negative you are not pregnant unbelievable so shocked 😲 but still I'm pregnant feeling movement little bit kick it my beautiful friends I'm very tired about this please 🙏 and please can you guys explain for that's what's meaning of that please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 thanks???????
