Implantation bleeding or the start of AF?

Hey ladies. So for the past 3 days I’ve been cramping but not quite the same cramps that I experience before a period. Very subtle and not constant. My period is now 3 days late. Today at work while sitting down, I felt as if my period came because I felt *wet* and kinda like something was coming out. So I went to the bathroom & wiped & just had a watery discharge NO BLOOD. A hour later when I got home, I used the restroom & wiped & this is what I found on the tissue. Now, the start of my period is usually very obvious that a period has begun. This time, not so much. I hopped in the shower. Used the bathroom again about a hour later & nothing was found. Just a regular clean wipe. So what do you think? Impantation? ALSO!! I have just started birth control on Monday 7/24. So it’s been 4 days now & I’m not sure if that has anything to do with what’s going on, but let me know your thoughts or similar experiences.
