HSG- how much bleeding is normal?!

I had a HSG done on Tuesday, I spotted lightly Wednesday and most of yesterday but last night and today it has been heavy bleeding like I have my period.  Lots of clots have passed too. I had an hsg done in March and didn't really have any bleeding afterwards .  I have been running a low grade fever. With the holiday and now weekend I can't get ahold of my dr.  And certainly don't want to make a trip to the ER . I will call first thing Monday.
