I had SPD with my second pregnancy a bump support band helped slightly and a pregnancy pillow. 5th pregnancy I had gd managed it quite well with diet but had terrible anxiety which I spoke to the consultant about so additional care was put in place. This time I've already got backache so probably going to get SPD again already got gd which I'm struggling to control with diet I'm bloated as hell but on the plus side the acid reflux and nausea has died down 😂
It can be a crappy experience being pregnant but it's only temporary and all forgotten when we have our babies

My first pregnancy was horrid I was sick all 9 months lost 20 ibs in all never gaining anything, had gestational diabetes, my feet swelled from size 9 to 14, they thought she had spina bifita (whole in the spine), I could barley eat or drink anything at all. It was horrible. This time I was sick/ get nauseous but not nearly as bad, I cramp a lot more but only for a few moments and I have insomnia which sucks also idc when I go to bed I wake up every day at 6:30 am on the dot to pee also this kid sits super low so I never feel like I am getting all my pee out which is annoying but overal I don’t love being pregnant but I love my kids so it’s all worth it in the end to hold my beautiful baby!
