Milk supply
My baby is 3 1/2 months and I am trying to increase my milk supply. My baby won’t latch anymore so I am exclusively pumping. I pump throughout the day but I specially do 2 power pumps, the first and last pumps of the day but I usually get less than if I pump one hr straight with no pauses. Will I eventually see results with power pumping or should I just keep pumping that whole hour with no breaks?
