4.5 month baby teething symptoms?

Hey gals ,is ur baby having teething symptoms? If yes,what all?
If yes ,how long does it take for the tooth to appear

Mine already has 4 teeth. 2 popped through at the bottom and 2 coming in at the top.

My baby is drooling like crazy and chewing on everything. Not sure how long it will take to actually see a tooth though

My baby boy got his 2 teeth at 2.5 months . Drooling , chewing on the hands . Was before and is now always. So most of the time it will be first bottom teeth. If you see small cut thru dots or idk how to explain it ( means they will be here very very soon like couple days) . Otherwise if just drooling and hands in mouth it doesn’t always mean they will be here this week or next.
