Is this lip tie?

My little boy is 4 weeks old and has all of a sudden started to struggle bottle feeding milk is constantly leaking out the side of his mouth, I’ve tried different bottle and teats but all have the same outcome, when he has my milk from my breast he never fully empties them could this be lip tie?

Yes it looks like a lip tie but i would have a lactation consultant check for a tongue tie too. My sons got snipped at 2 mo old and it helped a ton. Never got his lip cut tho bc they said it wasn't bad but now im regretting it.

Yes. Has he been checked for tongue ties too? By a specialist, most pediatricians are clueless.
