Hello everyone I was watching a documentary on down low men who spread HIV/STD'S to there spouses. Women are found guilty in some cases too. Please get tested and be safe.

A few times I've had a blood panel they checked for it anyway.  And they check whenever you have blood work for pregnancy.

I've been forced to test for my previous job  and it was negative. That was 4 years ago but I don't have any reason to retest,  I've been with the same man for 7,5 years but I always encourage people to test when they have multiple partners!

I got tested in September for life insurance. It's a requirement for setting premiums in South Africa. Being from a country with largest number of infected people in the world, it's a very real disease. Protect yourselves, you never know who is infected.

If you're sexually active then please get tested! Some can show up after two weeks while others it takes 6-8 weeks. With HIV the CDC recommends 12 weeks as conclusive.

My doctors offer it when I get my yearly, so why not take the offer?
