17+4 today and had brown discharge

Help me momma's :'( been paranoid since yesterday because yesterday afternoon around 5pm when i went to the bathroom i saw brown discharge when i wiped it, went to the hospital at that time and the baby is so fine and healthy, cervix is closed no bleeding at all and they said I'm totally fine and the baby, they said sometimes it happen when the baby is growing, But until today when i peed and wiled again there's still a brown discharge, Has anyone experienced this and it went well please help me :-(
