Hi everyone! I apologize if maybe “trends” isn’t the best term to use. I couldn’t think of a way to describe this. I have been slowly working on my birth plan and different goals I have for labor and delivery. I’d like to know more of what potential options I have.

My husband was reading up on delayed cord clamping a few days ago. After he mentioned it, I got super curious on other labor and birthing “trends.” I can’t find a lot on Google outside of statistical data, which I don’t want, lol. Skin to skin is an absolute must for me and my husband.

Does anyone have any resources where I can read more into this stuff? Social media outlets is fine too. I plan to weigh out the options and review the pros and cons
