Lansinoh lanolin cream and the haka pump. The cream is expensive but with every penny. The haka pump is a let down pump so you use it ont he opposite ready to the one your feeding babe on and get the let down milk. It's also a really good and gentle way to help increase milk supply too.

Definitely need nipple cream those first few days - I like Lansinoh Lanolin or Nipple Crack. Nursing pads for your bra - you can use disposable or washable ones. There is a set of nursing bras you can find on Amazon that are comfy and functional. Nursing pillow like a Boppy. A Haakaa - collects milk let down from one breast while baby eats on the other side so nothing gets wasted. Whatever kind of pump you like - there are hands-free ones, electric, and manual. Sometimes your insurance will pay for one. You don’t have to spend money on shirts specifically for nursing - wear whatever shirt you like with a cami underneath and pull your shirt up and the cami down to give baby access. Oh, and make sure you have your boobs with you at all times 😁
