today my baby girl makes 4 weeks and everything was going really well until about 3 days go. I had her on a good schedule where she would eat every 2-3 hours, have a little awake time, then back to sleep until next feeding. However she still sleeps wonderfully through the night but now she has been waking up at around 6/6:30am and refuses to go back to sleep after feeding for almost the entire day. in between she will nap MAYBE for an hour at times but will not sleep for a couple hours like she used to. is this sleep regression or normal? she doesn't cry or fuss very much just awake and wont sleep.
