Belly Button Ring ??

I’m a FTM and I’m just curious to any mama’s that have /had belly button rings. Do you still have yours in? Did you take it out ? If you did when did you take it out ? Did it close ? I’m 21W2D and it’s starting to hurt a little bit, I’ve been thinking of taking it out during the day while I’m working but keeping it in at night just so it doesn’t close. I bought a few maternity ones but the two I’ve tried so far ( I have more with just the ball ) were dangly so I’m not sure if that’ll make a difference.

I took mine out when I was about 5-6 months along with my 1st. I didn't try to put it in again afterwards & it did close. Got a cool scar still even after 13 years! Lol 🫤

I took mine out during delivery with my first, never with my second 5 months now and still in. You can use prenatal ones but o never do mine never hurt.

My doctor told me to remove it after my first appointment with her because she said she’s had to deal with too many infections related to belly piercings. Better safe than sorry because it wouldn’t be good to have to take antibiotics for something so preventable.
