Am I having a miscarriage?

So I was 3 days late. Today is the 4th day. I took a test yesterday and got a positive. Today I've had some... spotting? Bleeding? It's dark red. Not light pink. I've been cramping too and just straight up don't feel good. I feel queezy and have a headache too. The bleeding hasn't been enough to show up on my pad yet. I put one on just in case. But there's a little bit occasionally when I wipe. Is this the start of a miscarriage???

I'm so sorry but likely yes. Have you had any bloodwork or a dating ultrasound yet?
At this stage, a miscarriage will likely be very similar to a heavy period in regards to the duration and kind of bleeding(like it will start off light, get heavy, be heaviest when you're miscarrying the gestational sac, then it will get lighter again). My miscarriage at 6 weeks was honestly exactly like a heavy period with lots of grape-sized clots. I didn't have a gestational sac, but some people do; It's about the size of a grape at this stage.
