Gestational sac not seen
Hello! I recently found out I am pregnant. I will be 5 weeks on Monday. Yesterday I went to the er per my obgyn as I was having one sided cramping… my hcg was 190 but no sac was seen on either ultrasound (transvaginal and abdominal) I was told that it’s either early pregnancy or failed pregnancy … possibly an ectopic. At the time of my ultrasound I was 4 weeks 4 days. Has any one else experienced something like this?
