Venting; 11 week old son & I have to sleep on a recliner so ex can have the bed

I live with my sons father and his mother, a week before I had our son he let a friend move into our son’s nursery without telling anyone which caused a huge fight and he end up breaking up with me. I love over 1000 miles away from my family so I was/am kinda stuck where I’m at. All of my sons, mine, and his fathers stuff is in the bedroom now. My ex sleeps in the bed which leaves me in his office sleeping with our son in a recliner. My son won’t sleep alone as well. My ex moved one of the computers into the bedroom so he never has to come into the office but doesn’t want me to turn it into a bedroom for me and our son. He also won’t kick the friend out who was only suppose to stay for a month and is now going on almost 3 months and he doesn’t have a job and has no where else to go. I’m just so frustrated and exhausted because me and the baby don’t sleep that great on a tiny chair and it’s been that way since we came home from the hospital.

Tonight just agree me ; Me and our son where hanging out in the bedroom with my ex, our son asleep on the bed, tells me “I’m going to sleep, so I need you to evacuate please”. Left me to get the diapers and wipes I’m gonna need for the night into the office and then pick up our sleeping son instead of him just sleeping in the office.
