Help!!!

I started bleeding 7 days early before my expected period . It started off light with brown spots then got heavy with clots within a day or two . My periods are 5 days long . I was only bleeding heavy for 2 1/2 days . Last night it got really light with brown spots . I had cramps, sore boobs and headache when it first started . Now today it's still just spotting . Any thoughts on what it could be ??
