Tips for dealing with dissociation?
For the past year and a half I’ve been in a constant state of dissociation. I’ve been in therapy this whole time but nothing has been helpful. Also tried Meds but they have made my symptoms worse and a lot of things conflict with my other meds. I think it’s due to a lot of trauma that happened this past year but I’m unsure. I’ve tried a lot of dbt tricks but nothing seems to get my mind and body connected. I just want life and my body to feel real again 😞
