How often should I feel my baby move? And what do those movements mean?

Hey ladies! I'm a first-time mom and I'm curious about how often I should feel my baby move. I've been feeling some flutters here and there, but I'm not sure what they mean. Can you share your experiences and insights on this? Let's help each other understand our little ones' movements!

I’m 26 weeks today and feel baby move almost constantly! Even at work she is very active.
I don’t remember my son being this active so it’s a nice reassurance. But I think most people feel baby most in the evening/night when they’re not moving around doing stuff all day.
Each baby varies. Start doing kick counts so you can identify your baby’s patterns.

How many weeks are you? Im 24 weeks with my 3rd and I feel baby periodically throughout the day and especially at night time when I lay down she’s active. They can feel like flutters or even a jab or two that takes your breath away depending on how big baby is. I think once you get to a certain gestation (weeks) there should be at least 10-12 movements in a day but that’s closer to 32-36 week mark and so on. Hope that helps!
