Would you still be waiting for marriage after being in a relationship for over 9 years and engaged for 5?

I’m not talking about those who have been together since they were teenagers or younger, but relationships that started during the mid 20’s and 30’s. I know marriage isn’t everything, nor is it for everyone and every relationship, but my fiancé keeps pushing off marrying me. He just keeps saying it’ll happen soon and that he loves me, but he’s been saying that for years. He’s always stressed how important it was to him and he knows how important it is to me.
