Crying newborn

I need a little advice. I just had my baby 3 weeks ago and my baby is very very fussy. She cry’s mostly all night unless someone is holding and rocking her. Throughout the day it is a little better but it’s like if she’s not sleep then she crying. Any advice? I don’t want to think something is wrong with her because I know babies cry, but I feel like she cry more than normal.
