Is it safe to use condom & pull out together?

so I’m really stressed right now, we’re sexually active, there are no available birth control here in our country but condoms only 
my bf and i had multiple sex using condom plus he pulls out before ejaculating. am i safe? I’m really worried & stressed, no signs of menstruation
