My husband is a outside lineman for a line company in Denver. He had to join the union to be considered for the job. There is definitely pros and cons to the union, like everything else. Some pros...higher wages, practically free healthcare, mandatory annual raises. Some cons....no vacation/sick time, dues, travel. So I'm curious what are some of the pros and cons to your or SO's job?
