Symphysis pubic dysfunction
So lately when I get up from bed in the morning or up from a chair/couch after sitting for a while my pubic area feels like it's bring torn apart! I looked up the symptoms and I found that I likely have Symphysis pubic dysfunction.
Anyone else experiencing or experienced this? Anyone have any tips on how to treat the pain? The pain is really bad at first, but if I take my time and walk through the pain it gets 10 times better. It's not going to stop me from moving around, but it's quite annoying to have to feel the pain every time I move. I know it won't go away til after I give birth so I'm just looking to see if I can ease the pain until then.
