Did y’all drink premier protein shakes during pregnancy?

I drink protein shakes/meal replacement shakes all the time. Pregnant or not. Because I'm underweight and it's an easy way to add extra calories and protein to my diet. I don't replace meals with it. It's in addition to eating 5-6 smaller meals a day plus a few snacks.

Im 20 week and drink protein shakes on days I lift a big muscle group (3x a week). Sometimes I drink one if Im craving chocolate. I dont replace a meal with it though.
