Is anyone available to tweak?

Question

I have PCOS and so my cycles are crazy, 30-60 days depending.  If I'm having a 30 days cycle I'm due for AF today. If not, I'm in my fertile period with a 45 day cycle.  I had a positive OPK on the 16th, but with PCOS I don't always ovulate when it says. Here's my HCG.

I was smart and threw the other one away (lest I be tempted to look past the time limit). I just did another and it looks 100% Negative. So I guess I got a bad test.

That's how mine looked and took a FRER and it was positive. Try again on a FRER

I see it without a tweet honestly , it's a little towards the left but I see it for sure fingers crossed love

How long did this test sit for before taking the pic? Only asking as it seems a little funky--like a dye run or too muchburine or past time frame. If u have another one, retest! 
Also, get a first response early result as they are way more sensitive than this test (not the rapid result-- they need more hcg like the test u just posted).
