Lexapro thoughts?

Has anyone taken this for anxiety? Lost my baby at one month due to a heart condition. They have me on celexa but it doesn’t seem to help at all. I have terrible anxiety where I can’t even leave the house 😭 doctor mentioned lexapro in the past. Just want to hear others thoughts on if

Sometimes meds don’t help. Finding other ways to cope such as therapy, inner healing/time, spending time with supportive loved ones, etc. From personal experience you have to allow yourself to feel the grief so your body doesn’t hold on to the anxiety and depression for the rest of your life. Ive been on hundreds of meds and they never helped, a lot of the time made me worse. they don’t always work the way you think they will but just talk to you Dr. Sorry you’re going through this

I take it along with rexulti. It has helped tremendously.

I was on it for a bit, it made me pretty sleepy so I switched to venlafaxine
