Is it possible to conceive naturally with PCOS?

I want to hear stories!! I been having pcos for seven years and I was able to conceive with the help of birth control but then miscarried a couples after. Are there natural ways to get pregnant?

It definitely is possible 😁 I was 19 when I was diagnosed with PCOS and low AMH. We tried for 11 years, tried assisted fertility, had ovarian drilling surgeries which didn’t help and was eventually discharged from our gynae consultant as they couldn’t do any more for us and we didn’t have the £5K needed for each round of IVF. 
Last year we had completely given up hope, we splurged in a holiday, I changed jobs and completely let go and enjoyed myself over Christmas. On January 7th of this year I was over a week late and didn’t realise, randomly took a cheap Amazon test for the fun of it and the test line came up before the urine even touched it 😂😂 
It’s honestly been a horrible and painful pregnancy with a lot of illness and worry but I’m now 36 weeks with our little miracle and each day I have to pinch myself!!! 💕

My mom had PCOS and had tried for a baby for a long time. She only had one ovary and naturally got pregnant with me, and I was as healthy as could be. Anything is possible 💖

Absolutely possible!!  I have never ovulated naturally, have 2 beautiful babies with the help of a lot of fertility doctor magic and now I am unexpectedly pregnant this month!  We weren’t trying, I still didn’t think I ovulated (but apparently did)…it can happen!!
