When did your nausea start going away?

I’m 7 weeks experiencing all day nausea and food aversions that started the first day of 6W I’m wondering when everyone’s nausea started going away I’m scared it’ll last all the way until my second trimester that’s 5 more weeks of feeling sick all day 😭

Mine went away around week 15.  I’m now at week 18. I remember having one terrible evening at the end of week 14 and then it just went away.

I’m 16 weeks and my nausea seems to be getting better.

I have HG each pregnancy so I'm constantly in and out of the hospital with excessive vomiting. I even vomit while in labor. It doesn't get better until my HCG is back to zero.

I don’t know that the nausea ever really went away. It did subsidie toward the end of my second trimester, but my doctor also prescribed me something for it. Also, your prenatals could be the cause of that..the iron in mine was what made me sick.

It truly feels like forever when it’s happening, but for most women, it does eventually go away. It’s AWFUL, but you’ll get through it. If it’s significant enough that it’s impacting your daily life, you should talk with your OB. There are supplements and medications that can help.

My vomiting is finally gone at 16 weeks but I still have nausea (it’s so much better though).
