I need help losing weight!!
First off I'm 19. 160 pounds. 5 foot 4. I am want to lose 35 pounds and then gain muscle and be toned. I am new to the whole wanting to lose weight. I had a baby may 25 2014 and gained 40 pounds. I already know to eat healthy meals. But what I need help with is working out. So if there is any fitness people on here could you possibly give me a 14 week workout plan at home with just my body weight. I'm desperate and need help. Thanks in advance!
