Sore baby bump?

Am 36weeks+ but the top side of my bump is kinda sore or uncomfortable? Its painful but not so much, especially when baby is moving and am lying down, just below my ribs. Its so uncomfortable.

I have this ever night when I lie down. My doctor said it’s most likely just a muscle thing, since I don’t feel any pain any other time of day.

I've been going through the same thing I have to lay down in massage my stomach every time 
I'm still not use to it and it's been going on for a month now

Is it by chance on your right side? If so call your doctor, that can be a sign of preeclampsia
