Pcos help needed

Ladies with pcos, how often do you get periods??? Mine are so irregular, the doctors hardly bother with me because I'm younger (19 in couple of days) but I've been not using protection with my boyfriend of 2 years for about 1 year, still nothing. I'm so concerned and I feel like no one else is bothered!!!
