I’m 10 months pp really struggling mentally. Have been for months but decided to get help. My health visitor was soo lovely and said it’s the right thing to do etc told me to go back on my anti depressants. Saw a mental health nurse today and she said if you feel like you can’t Cope social services will take your son away- how tf do you expect people to be honest about how they’re feeling. I have left feeling worse than I did before t like an awful mum who should’ve ended it rather than seeking help
