Help! I'm 13w 2d. Started having weird vagina pain yesterday. Sharp stabbing pains! Anyone else?

Yesss I've had this same exact thing I even get the pains in my rectum this is the pressure and weight that the baby plus the placenta is putting on your parts. I was sooo scared and freaked out the first time I felt it
