Husband lied about blocking ex?

So y’all can you please tell me if I am over reacting or not? My husband has an ex, they were serious and she cheated on him and she immediately got engaged and now she’s married. This was four years ago, it’s been some time, it was a messy breakup. My husband comes up to me one day and says he accidentally sent his ex a meme on Instagram. The reason for this was because he was trying to send the meme to his sister, but apparently they were still in a group chat with his ex from forever ago, and instead of pulling up just his sister, it sent to that group chat with his sister and his ex. His sister and him both immediately left the group chat. I believe this was an accident because his sister is involved. Plus my husband and I have a loving relationship ship and I don’t have any reason to think he would be cheating on me. Anyway he told me because he said he didn’t want me to be caught off guard if I got any messages like “hey your man is messaging me on ig!” Kind of messages which I appreciate and I understand accidents happen. He said it’s weird that she still shows up in his share list on Instagram because he has her blocked since they broke up years ago . But since as long as I can remember whenever I click on the button on his IG page that shows other people’s pictures he’s been tagged in, a few of her pictures show up. Which isn’t a big deal because everyone has an ex but I just think it’s weird because if he’s had her blocked for forever It should not show pictures he’s tagged in that we’re hers. So maybe he’s lying about having her blocked. This isn’t a big deal right and I’m just looking way too far into this right? He’s a wonderful husband so I need to let it go right? It’s like sometimes if I feel like I’m being irritational I try to check myself, but also I shouldn’t ignore things that come up is why I’m asking.
